How can I take care of my ceejayeff jewelry?
For rings: take them off when you wash anything (your hands, your hair, the dishes, etc).
For necklaces: when not being worn, hang them from a necklace tree or something similar. Do not put them in your pocket or purse because they will get tangled.
For bracelets: take them off when doing any dirty work and lay them on a flat surface.
For earrings: when not being worn, lay them down on a flat surface in a single layer to keep them from scratching.
Is your jewelry conflict free?
All ceejayeff jewelry is manufactured in a unionized factory that guarantees fair wages and safe working conditions. All diamonds and other stones have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and are in compliance with United Nations Resolutions.
Is your jewelry nickel free?
Gold alloys cannot be made without nickel which is added to provide jewelry with strength and hardness. The amount of nickel is such a tiny amount that it takes extremely sensitive instruments to measure it. Ceejayeff jewelry is made in compliance with the European Union’s (EU) Nickel Directive. This limits the amount of nickel that may be released onto the skin from jewelry. This standard has also been adopted by the United Kingdom but not yet by the United States.
